The operating scope of this computer system is mainly the elevated automatic steel coil storage and transportation system (VACSS), inspection line (INL) and packaging line (Packaging Lines) in the cold rolling area factory. It is connected to upstream and downstream computers and on-site instrumentation and electrical equipment respectively to collect various relevant information and online signals in real time, and conduct the steel coil logistics control work of the elevated automatic steel coil storage and transportation system in the cold rolling area factory, as well as the real-time control of various functions of the inspection line and packaging line.

        Based on various relevant information and online signals, this computer system conducts data processing in real time and synchronizes the current storage storage status, and tracks and manages steel coils entering and leaving the elevated three-dimensional storage. On-site operators can quickly understand the current situation of the elevated three-dimensional storage area through the operating table computer, and effectively control the loading of the steel coils in the storage area to improve production efficiency.
