System introduction

        This system integrates all steelmaking sample analysis equipment to achieve the purpose of fully automated analysis from the upstream sample delivery station, transport trolley, milling machine, punching machine, spectrometer, and nitrogen oxygen analyzer. During the process, the L2 MAS program control computer will optimize the multi-sample analysis process, and send a command to the robot arm for ring transfer, and the equipment will automatically process and analyze the sample. When the number of samples is large, the sample can be automatically transferred by the trolley between the two rings to perform system load balancing.
