Xinguang Steel was founded in 1967 and is headquartered in Sanchong, New Taipei City. It ranks the second processing and cutting industry between steel refining and rolling products and terminal industrial finished products in the steel industry. The factory area includes Guanyin Factory, Zhangbin Factory, Chiayi Factory, Tainan Factory and Kaohsiung Factory. Its main businesses are divided into eight profit centers: steel plate trading, hot rolling coil, cold rolling coil, stainless steel, special steel, steel plate cutting, steel structure, tower pipe making, etc., and has established a "steel logistics center", a "steel cutting center" and a "steel component manufacturing center", and a distribution and sales channel in the province is the largest steel plate channel merchant in China.

        After ICSC learned about Xinguang Steel's expectations for the information application system and platform, the two parties clearly implemented the ERP plan in a customized manner. ICSC organized a team to go to each factory area for business research and current situation inspections on 2019/09~2019/11, and planned an overall information system exclusive to Xinguang Steel based on the investigation results. The purpose is to assist Xinguang Steel in strengthening the group's integrated operations, lean production and sales coordination, and to eliminate breakpoints in information operations. It also drives mobile office work, and will use digital technology to upgrade products and services, improve operational processes and innovation in operation models, and build a "customer-oriented and value-creating" information management system to realize Xinguang Steel's digital transformation.
