In order to improve enterprise security protection and establish digital transformation resilience, ICSC and the Information Industry Progress Association of the Consortium Legal Person (hereinafter referred to as: Capital Progress Association) held a signing ceremony for the cooperation memorandum of "Industry Security as Service Ecological R&D" in the conference hall of the headquarters building of China Steel Group on the afternoon of June 9th. It was signed by Wu Jinlong, Chairman of ICSC and Zhuo Zhenghong, CEO of the Capital Progress Association, and Zhou Hongtai, assistant deputy general manager of the financial department of China Steel Company, were also invited to witness it. The cooperation between ICSC and Zi Cehui will focus on information systems (IT), operational technology (OT) and communication technology (CT) and other fields. ICSC provides good field experience and technical architecture. Zi Cehui will take advantage of the advantages of R&D technology, and both parties will jointly create a smart joint defense cooperation mechanism for security.

        CEO Zhuo said that AI and Internet of Things technology are developing rapidly and will face more severe security challenges in the future. The financial strategy will play the role of "water guide" in Taiwan's digital transformation, providing the industry's IT, OT, CT 3T-related security technology, information, testing and talent cultivation, etc., and work with partners to create security development. CEO Zhuo pointed out that ICSC is currently the only partner in the central and southern regions of the 3T field. The two sides will accelerate the research and development of "Insurance as a Service" and cooperate in technical fields such as standard compliance management, emerging technology facilities detection, communication technology facilities detection, vulnerability detection, threat detection, field offense and defense, field attack and defense empirical, communication network management, security and control compliance audit, next-generation security pre-insurance, smart security, and talent training integration, to create a comprehensive security solution for the industry and implement the policy goal of China Steel Group to provide trustworthy information services.

        Chairman Wu said that China Steel Group has listed "digital transformation" and "low-carbon transformation" as key tasks. In recent years, China Steel Group has actively promoted intelligent manufacturing and actively introduced new technologies such as 5G, AI, and cloud services. While embracing convenient and novel digital services, it is an important task to strengthen security protection, maintain the smooth operation of production lines, and protect business secrets. The ICSC combined with the intelligent joint defense cooperation mechanism provided by the Zi Ce Club can create and provide the maintenance environment and services required by the industry.

        During the cooperation between China Capital and the Capital Policy Association, both parties demonstrated a rigorous attitude of attaching importance to internal and external capital security control and protecting customer data, which is the most needed spirit of seeking truth from facts.
