Article 1
In order to establish a corporate culture of integrity and balance the sound development of the company, and provide a reference framework for establishing good business operations, this code of conduct is hereby formulated.
Article 2
Directors, supervisors, managers, employees, assignees, or those with substantial control ability (hereinafter referred to as substantial controllers) of our company shall not directly or indirectly provide, promise, demand, or accept any improper benefits, or engage in other dishonest behaviors such as violating integrity, illegality, or breach of fiduciary obligations in the process of engaging in business activities, in order to obtain or maintain benefits (hereinafter referred to as dishonest behaviors). The objects of the preceding act include public officials, party members, as well as any public or private enterprise or institution and its directors (directors), supervisors (supervisors), managers, employees, substantial controllers or other interested parties.
Article 3
The term 'benefit' as used in this code refers to any valuable thing, including any form or name of money, gifts, commissions, positions, services, privileges, kickbacks, etc. But when it belongs to normal social etiquette and is occasional without affecting specific rights and obligations, this restriction does not apply.

Our company shall comply with other relevant laws and regulations on commercial activities as a basic prerequisite for implementing honest business practices.
Article 5
Our company should develop business policies based on integrity, transparency, and responsibility, and establish good corporate governance and risk control mechanisms to create a sustainable business environment.
Article 6
Our company should conduct business activities in a fair and transparent manner based on the principle of honest operation. Before conducting commercial transactions, our company should consider the legality of agents, suppliers, customers, or other business partners and whether there is a record of dishonest behavior, in order to avoid transactions with those who have a record of dishonest behavior. The contracts signed between our company and agents, suppliers, customers, or other business partners should include provisions for complying with the integrity management policy and allowing the counterparty to terminate or rescind the contract at any time if they engage in dishonest behavior.
Article 7
Our company and its directors, supervisors, managers, employees, assignees, and substantial controllers shall not directly or indirectly provide, promise, request, or accept any form of improper benefits to customers, agents, contractors, suppliers, public officials, or other interested parties in the execution of our business. But those that comply with the laws of the place of operation are not subject to this restriction.
Article 8
Directors, supervisors, managers, employees, assignees, and substantial controllers of our company who directly or indirectly donate to government agencies and other administrative institutions, or their current public officials, shall comply with relevant laws and regulations and shall not seek commercial benefits or trading advantages.
Article 9
Our company and its directors, supervisors, managers, employees, assignees, and substantial controllers shall comply with relevant laws and internal operating procedures regarding charitable donations or sponsorships, and shall not engage in disguised bribery.
Article 10
The Company and its directors, supervisors, managers, employees, assignees, and substantial controllers shall not directly or indirectly provide or accept any unreasonable gifts, hospitality, or other improper benefits in order to establish business relationships or influence business transactions.
Article 11
Our company and its directors, supervisors, managers, employees, assignees, and substantial controllers shall comply with intellectual property related regulations, internal operating procedures, and contractual provisions; Without the consent of the intellectual property owner, no use, disclosure, disposal, damage or other infringement of intellectual property rights shall be allowed.
